[Breakthroughs in Magnesium Alloy Industry: Accelerated Delivery of High-End Equipment and Continuous Expansion of Civil Application Scenarios] Recently, the magnesium alloy industry chain has witnessed dual positive developments: YIZUMI has delivered high-performance die-casting cells in bulk to Anhui Shunfu, supporting the lightweight capacity upgrade of new energy vehicles (NEVs) through systematic solutions and smart technologies. Meanwhile, Zhongshan Yancheng Precision has launched a high-proportion magnesium alloy pool cue case, revolutionizing the materials used in sporting goods with advantages such as lightweight and high strength. These simultaneous efforts from both upstream and downstream sectors are driving the high-end and diversified development of the magnesium alloy industry.

Recently, the magnesium alloy industry has achieved breakthroughs in both high-end manufacturing and civilian consumption sectors, with application scenarios continuously expanding and market development remaining positive.

On February 24, YIZUMI delivered multiple sets of high-performance die-casting cells to Wuchan Zhongda Shunfu (Anhui) Magnesium Technology Co., Ltd., helping the enterprise rapidly establish large-scale, intelligent magnesium alloy parts production capacity and supporting the lightweight development needs of NEVs. The delivered die-casting cells utilize technologies such as intelligent injection, real-time monitoring, and energy-saving optimization, enabling high-precision, low-energy-consumption, and stable continuous production, providing equipment support for the industrialisation and large-scale manufacturing of magnesium alloys. YIZUMI offers an integrated solution covering process planning, equipment configuration, and installation debugging, further enhancing project implementation efficiency and deepening industry chain collaboration.

In the civilian sector, Zhongshan Yancheng Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. launched the "Xuanweidi" magnesium alloy billiard rod case. The product uses over 92% high-proportion magnesium alloy material, significantly outperforming traditional materials in lightweight, strength, compression resistance, and shock absorption, achieving material upgrades in the sporting goods field. This application further broadens the use of magnesium alloys in consumer-end and sports equipment niche markets, promoting the extension of magnesium alloys from industrial materials to diversified civilian products.

From core automotive lightweight components to new categories in sports and consumer goods, the application scenarios of magnesium alloys continue to expand. Driven by innovation in high-end equipment and materials, the industry is steadily advancing toward large-scale, high-end, and diversified development.
